The Long-Term Care Planning Process:

1. Fill out the PreScreen form so we can know which options you will be eligible for health wise.
2. Once we receive the form back, we will schedule a brief phone call with you and Brian to get the conversation started.
3. We will set up your meeting to design a plan or plans for you.

Please know, we are here to help people in designing a plan and moving forward with the application process when you’re ready. We are not here to sell or pressure. Many people take quite some time to think about and design a plan that feels right for them. So please move at your own pace. The reason we do so much work prior to setting up a meeting is because we know everyone’s time is valuable. We do not charge for our time.
